Urban Skin Rx uses proven and effective ingredients to address, correct and even out all skin types.

Execution: 

First and Last PR creates strategic communications plans that consist of developing media and social media influencer outreach in order to gain awareness and exposure with the media and consumers.  

Press releases, beauty press meetup, launching events, influencer campaigns were executed to establish Urban Skin Rx as a relevant award-winning skincare line. In addition, First and Last PR has positioned the brand’s founder as an entrepreneur to watch within the business and beauty industry. 

In just under three years, First and Last PR has secured over 200 media placements and garnered over 591 Million media impressions for this indie brand. Also, for the third year in a raw, Urban Skin Rx has won an Essence Best in Black Beauty Award.

3LAB is an exclusive, luxury skincare brand that specializes in cutting-edge anti-aging ingredients and technology.

Execution:

Prior to launching First and Last PR, our CEO & Communicator-in-Chief, Stephanie Scott, was Global Director of Marketing and Communication for 3LAB and helped shape their story while overseeing all global PR and marketing.

In order to increase brand awareness, she initiated and oversaw laboratory tours and intimate meetings with the founders giving editors an inside look to the brand. Executions included managing national and regional press facial events, co-branding opportunities with organizations including the Cosmetic Executive Women (CEW) and partnership with popular boutiques in the Hamptons.

She oversaw brand managers, worked with store management from different countries, handled international press, initiated influencer-seeding programs, and helped with the launch of 3LAB in Barneys New York, Nordstrom, Bliss Spas, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols - Hong Kong and Bloomingdales - Dubai.

Consult on all public relations and social media strategies to create brand awareness including secure beauty awards for new formulations, execute editor events, pitch compelling stories to beauty editors, review and lead celebrity events & sponsorships and plan editor mailings & key influencer seeding programs. We also conduct photoshoots, interviews and write stories for hair and trade publications.
